All our Cabinetry, Grill Attachments, Firebox, Meat Skewers, Serving Trays, Drip pans and Hand Crank mechanism are manufactured entirely of high-grade stainless steel. No other BBQ offers you the option of three distinct BBQ styles of which you may choose one or all as part of your unique setup. The Asado “V-Groove” grills provide a sturdy cooking surface and more even heat temperature distribution than typical wire-grate barbeques. The grilling surface which sits at a slight angle allows the juices that drip from the meat to run down the channel and collect in the front of a fat drip pan. This design eliminates any fire flare-ups that you find familiar with wire-grate Barbeques where fat drips onto the charcoal below producing flames causing burning to the outside of the meat while sometimes still raw inside.

Slip on the “Cruz fork” attachment, remove the V-groove grills and the Asador Home Pro becomes a more traditional slow wood fire a “La Cruz” perfect for the much loved Asado / Costilla which is Argentinian style beef short ribs at their best. Because the Asador Home Pro has a Refractory fire brick base, all the heat is contained and reflected slowly back upwards towards the skewered meat pieces. The lid on the Asador Home Pro CLE has been specially designed at the exact angle so when in an upright positions it reflects back the rising heat towards the skewered meat giving the optimal heat circulation around both sides of the meat giving a perfectly even roast. The Asador Home Pro will always produce the best possible results with a minimum of effort every time.

By removing the Asado V-Groove Grills and Inserting the churrasco fire tray, you now have a fully functional Brazilian churrasqueira which is height adjustable, perfect for grilling Picanha (Rump Cap) a Brazilian speciality. Need more heat? raise the crank handle which now raises the fire tray closer to the churrasco meat skewers. Need less heat? turn the crank handle again which now lowers the fire tray!!! it’s that simple. Complete control of the cooking temperature at all times. Whether you choose to BBQ with the Asado Grills or Churrasco skewers, the Asador Home Pro will make even a relative beginner to wood/charcoal grilling, produce restaurant quality food like a MASTER ASADOR.

Another unique feature of Asador Home Pro is the external, independent firebox. Positioned to one side of the Parrilla the firebox is designed to enable you to produce a constant supply of “Ready Hot” coals either directly from hardwood or charcoal giving a continuous perfect supply of burning hot embers from start to finish. You will never have to remove the cooking grill mid way to replenish coal, You will never run out of coal and you will never expose the meat to initial harmful “cold burn” smoke or charcoal dust when starting a fire. All the fuel you need is produced in the separate firebox away from the meat. Once the desired amount of coals have gathered, simply shovel and distribute the coals to the base of the Parrilla. Keep replenishing the firebox with new wood or charcoal so you have a constant supply when needed. Moreover, because you can make your own fuel if you decide to use wood, experiment with the distinct flavours imparted by different types of wood: The firebox also has its own griddle great for flame grilling and finishing steaks or grilling cheeses and vegetables.

The dual function height adjusting crank mechanism works so you have full control over the cooking temperature. With the Asado grill inserts you are able to raise and lower the V Groove Grills to change cooking temperature of the meat. When in “Cruz” or “Churrasco” mode the crank handle works to raise and lower the fire tray. The Asador Home Pro gives you complete and instant control of the grill temperature, regardless of which grilling method you are using. With a simple effortless turn of the crank handle, you are able to lift and lower the grills or fire tray to the exact desired distance from the meat to the fire and hence cooking temperature. By controlling the distance between the meat and the coals you are able to always grill with the optimal temperature. As any top grill chef will tell you, the ability to regulate and produce a constant even cooking temperature is crucial when grilling meat.
