Our carving sets are all individually crafted by the skilled hands of the Argentine knife makers, who to this day still use ‘the old world techniques' that have been practiced by many generations. Our Hand Crafted Asado carving sets are made with Stainless steel blades and a choice of wood, Deer Antler, Cow Horn and Bone handles accented with solid Nickle Silver or Brass bolsters and butts. Every piece is uniquely beautiful and come with a leather sheath for blade protection.

Usage: Always use the blade on a supple material (wood mainly). Never on a ceramic plate, glass, marble, etc. As any knife, it damages the sharpness. Properly used, our sharpened blades can last for months and even more before the next sharpening. + To avoid steel oxidation : -Properly clean and dry the blade after using it. -Do not put a moist blade in the sheath.
